Local AWRT Hosts Premiere Party |
The Triangle Chapter of AWRT held its annual premiere party at the BTI Center. |
The Triangle Radio & Television Professionals, the local chapter of American Women in Radio & Television, Fall Premiere event took place on Wednesday August 18, 2004 from 5:30-8:30pm. This event showcased the new programming that viewers will see on television this fall.
Guest speaker Van Eure of the Angus Barn spoke about the seven characteristics of successful people.
CBC television stations WRAL-TV and WRAZ-TV/FOX50 were two of seven sponsors for the event that also included WTVD, WNCN, PAX, Univision and Time Warner Cable.

The attendees got a chance to see the fall television offerings. |
Over 110 people from Triangle radio and television stations attended the event held at the Fletcher Opera Theatre of the BTI Center in downtown Raleigh. The evening was filled with great food, live music and many prizes.
