WILM Participates in School Stuff Campaign For First Time
|
Following in the footsteps of sister station WRAL-TV in the Triangle, CBS 10 WILM is helping needy children on the North Carolina Coast. For the first time this year, CBS WILM 10 is partnering with Communities in Schools to collect school supplies for students who need them.
For the entire month of August, WILM-TV and Communities in Schools are asking the public to donate new school supplies including binders, notebooks, pens, pencils, paper and folders to help prepare a child for the school year.
The Coldwell Banker staff contributes to School Stuff: (l to r) Chris Spivey, Carolyn Thomason, Marsha Carroll, Cindy Popajohn, Amanda Williams, Elizabeth Bolen, & President Tim Milam.

Collection barrels are available at RBC Centura locations, like this one with staffers Stephanie Bessmer & Chris George. |
Collection barrels are located at participating RBC Centura and Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty locations in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties.
Through School Stuff Campaign, WILM hopes to give students the tools they need to be successful in the classroom.
