Former Pelican Adam Stern made his Major League debut this season with the Boston Red Sox.

A total of 18 former Myrtle Beach Pelicans helped the Atlanta Braves win their 14th straight division title this season.

Through the first seven years of the Pelicans franchise an overwhelming 44 former Birds have gone on to the Major Leagues.
