N.C. State University recently honored A.J. Fletcher Foundation President Barbara Goodmon at a gala event. The N.C. State Evening of Stars 2005 took place on Friday, November 18th at the North Ridge Country Club, with a reception at 6pm and a formal dinner at 7:30pm.
Goodmon was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award at the 2nd annual event. N.C. State Evening of Stars recognizes alumni and friends who have given back to their professions, their communities and their alma mater as chosen by each of NC State’s colleges, the Wolfpack Club and the Alumni Association. Goodmon earned her MA from N.C. State’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2000, and received the Alumni Award for that college.
Goodmon was honored along with 18 others at the event.
