MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM began its annual Radiothon for the kids at Duke Children’s Hospital today and will run the event through Thursday, February 16th at 6pm.
MIX personalities Bill Jordan & Sheri Logan kicked off the 12th annual fundraising event live from Duke.
MIX is offering several ways to give during the 2006 Duke Children’s Radiothon. Listeners can pledge

- toll free at 1-866-684-1015,
- locally at (919) 684 – 1015 or
- Verizon Wireless customers can dial #4KIDS (#45437).
Volunteers are answering phones and taking pledges around the clock. The phone bank opened at 6am on the 14th and will close at 6pm on February 16th.
Over the past 11 years, MIX 101.5 has raised over 7 million dollars for the kids at Duke Children’s Hospital.
