Microspace Wins PanAmSat’s Operational Excellence Award…Again! |
MCC Chief Engineer Ron Burns and VP of Operations and Engineering Carolyn Newey point out Microspace on the list of winners of the PanAmSat Operational Excellence Award. |
PanAmSat created the Operational Excellence Award as an annual program to recognize and encourage customer cooperation and error free operation. The company bases the award on several criteria, including:

Being helpful, friendly and cooperative
- Error-free operations
As measured by PanAmSat NOC
- Model customer
A consistent record of following PanAmSat procedures
- Assistance
Going above and beyond expectations to assist PanAmSat
The PanAmSat Operations Committee awarded Microspace the Operational Excellence Award in the Silver Level for meeting the criteria listed above for 100-199 error-free satellite accesses in 2005.
