WRAL is Hoops Headquarters! WRAL Offering Comprehensive ACC Basketball Coverage Online and Over the Air

The ACC Tournament got off to a 4-game start yesterday, Thursday, March 8, 2007. The tourney tipped off in Tampa, Florida for the first time ever, and WRAL-TV is there to capture all the action for our viewers back in North Carolina and for folks with North Carolina & ACC ties around the world.
WRAL-TV Specialty Reporter Mark Roberts will be directing traffic on the hardwood with WRAL-TV Sports Anchor Jeff Gravley’s reports from Tampa as they bring us all the inside scoop of the ACC Tournament.
WRAL-TV Sports Anchor Tom Suiter gave an in-depth analysis of the action already underway and yet to come in a half-hour live special at 9pm on opening day of the tourney. The “ACC Basketball Tournament Special” hit the airways just prior to game four of the tourney.

Friday, March 9th ACC Basketball Quarterfinals 12:00noon – 5pm *12:00noon – 30-minute WRAL newscast at noon on WRAL Newschannel, including updates on hoops action 7:00pm-11:30pm 12:00am – WRAL’s 11pm news on Friday night
Saturday, March 10th Semifinals 1:30pm & 3:30pm
Sunday, March 11th Championship Game 1:00pm
