WRAL-TV Tower
WRAL-TV’s Tower came to life for the holidays with the lighting on December 3rd..

A crowd gathered outside the WRAL-TV Studios on Western Blvd on the evening of Monday, December 3, 2007, even though bitter winds whipped.   The group came to see an annual Triangle tradition, the lighting of WRAL’s 300-foot television tower for the holidays.  Viewers at home saw the festivities in the warmth of their dens on the half-hour “Celebrate the Season” special at 7:30pm.

The 2,805 colored lights and stars will brighten the night sky through the holidays until New Years.  Happy Holidays from WRAL-TV and Capitol Broadcasting!
