99.9 FM “The Fan” Announces Exclusive Relationship with ESPN Radio

99.9 FM “The Fan,” the Triangle’s premiere sports radio station on the FM dial, has solidified an exclusive relationship with ESPN Radio, The World Wide Leader in Sports. The partnership will allow “The Fan” to partner it’s local personalities with unparalleled syndicated sports programming and unlimited access to ESPN radio and television personalities.

99.9 FM “The Fan” which already provides listeners with great local sports programming and up to the minute sports news, will energize its lineup with a new level of sports coverage by adding ESPN’s star power, including Mike & Mike in The Morning and Colin Cowherd. ESPN Radio is the nation’s largest sports network with more than 700 affiliates — roughly 200 more than its nearest competitor. ESPN is the home of Major League Baseball and the World Series, the NBA and its finals, the college football Bowl Championship Series, Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, The NIT pre-season and post-season basketball tournament and the WNBA.
