15th Annual MIX Radiothon Launches Today |
MIX 101.5 WRAL-FM began its annual Radiothon for the kids at Duke Children’s Hospital today, Tuesday, February 10th, and will run the event through Thursday, February 12th at 6pm.
MIX personalities Bill Jordan & Lynda Loveland kicked off the 15th annual fundraising event live from Duke. The pair, as well as a host of other MIX personalities, will be broadcasting live from Duke Children’s Hospital for the duration of the event.
MIX is offering several ways to give during the 2009 Duke Children’s Radiothon. Listeners can pledge

Volunteers are answering phones and taking pledges around the clock. The phone bank opened at 6am on February 12th and will close at 6pm on February 14th.
Over the past 14 years, MIX 101.5 has raised over 9.7 million dollars for the kids at Duke Children’s Hospital. In 2007, MIX joined the Million Dollar Club of the Children’s Miracle Network and has continued that trend..
