‘Operation Hydration’ is being conducted by MIX 101.5 and the AT&T Pioneers. The bottled water will be distributed through the USO of North Carolina at the RDU Center. The RDU Center averages over 2,000 troops per month that use the services while traveling through RDU airport.
The USO of North Carolina is sole supporting: neither USO Headquarters in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Government, nor the Department of Defense, provide any funding. The mission of the USO of North Carolina is to enhance the quality of life of U.S. Armed Forces personnel and their families within our geographic boundaries, and to create a cooperative relationship between U.S. military communities and the supporting civilian communities.
