All-Girl OId-Time-Music Band To Take Lawn at ATC for Next FREE Concert |
American Tobacco and FOX 50 continue their team up with WUNC-FM and its popular Back Porch Music series for great FREE concerts at American Tobacco’s amphitheater this Friday.
The 2010 series picks up with the all-girl old-time-music band Uncle Earl, who will take the stage this Friday, June 4th at 6pm.
The series wraps up October 8 with an All-Star Blues showcase. Full schedule listed below and here.
This year’s schedule marks the first time Back Porch Music has booked all the acts for Music on the Lawn, lending the annual event a sharp focus on authentic, danceable roots music. Also for the first time, Whole Foods Market, presenting sponsor of the music series, will offer a fine selection of natural and organic food during each concert.
So, grab your blanket, friends and family and make sure to mark your calendar for every night of this great series!

The Venue The American Tobacco Campus is arguably one of the top venues in the Triangle for enjoying an outdoor concert in an intimate and family-friendly atmosphere. Ample parking and five fine eateries surround the lawn: Cuban Revolution, Tyler’s Taproom, Mellow Mushroom and Saladelia.
Kids are welcome on the lawn where families can enjoy the Ole Bull River that runs through the middle of the campus. As a courtesy to your neighbors, no dogs or coolers please.
