On Saturday, May 7, 2011, 99.9 The Fan and 620 The Buzz held their 4th Annual Cornhole Cup Tournament at American Tobacco. Sixty-four teams of two registered three weeks in advance to have a shot at winning the prized trophy.
Other trophies were awarded to the best dressed team and to the team with the best team name.
Mark Thomas of 620 The Buzz emceed the event.
The event started at 9am and the tournament began at 10am. The tournament was double elimination meaning each team had to lose twice to get knocked out of the tournament.
The registration fee was $40 and all proceeds benefited the American Cancer Society.
