This fall CBC once again earned a spot on Carolina Parenting’s N.C. Family-Friendly 50 List. The organization put together a video to share at the Greensboro and Charlotte breakfasts, and the presentation included two CBC’ers.
WRAL-TV Reporter Amanda Lamb and WRAL-FM Copywriter/Air Personality Jami Elizondo shared their thoughts on why CBC is family-friendly. The video also includes many photos of CBC’ers having fun at a variety of events.
“Capitol has been great to our family,” said Elizondo. “They’ve been a great partner to us as we raise our family.”
Lamb spoke of CBC’s support for a recent struggle in her life.
She appreciated CBC “allowing me to go on family medical leave when my mother was dying of brain cancer. And I was able to stay home and care for her and that is something that I will never forget.”
Lamb said, “I will forever be indebted to the company for letting me do that.”
