CBC Invites You to Free Interfaith Breakfast on Martin Luther King Day
For the past 27 years, Capitol Broadcasting Company has served as the leading sponsor for the annual Martin Luther King Triangle Interfaith Prayer Breakfast. CBC is pleased to continue its support of this very important holiday observance.
This year, the event program on Monday, January 21, 2013, begins promptly at 7am and is scheduled to conclude at 9am. Due to parking and breakfast lines, all guests are asked to arrive no later than 6:30 am. The keynote speaker for this year’s event is The Reverend Dr. Ronald C. Smith, President of the Southern Union Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
The majority of the program will air lve on WRAL-TV from 8:00-9:00am that morning. This is the second year WRAL has produced a live on-air broadcast of the event.
