For first time in 9 year history all 2015 RailHawks away games will be televised
The Carolina RailHawks in partnership with Capitol Broadcasting Company will broadcast all 2015 RailHawks away games live on television channel WRAL2.
RailHawks home matches will be available on the radio through CBC’s virtual platforms and away games through WRAL2. In addition, most RailHawks home games and a minimum of eight away games will be on the radio at 99.9HD-3 The Ticket. The stream of The Ticket is also available on WRALSportsFan.com and through their mobile app. Special games including marquee U.S. Open Cup home games and additional exhibition games will also likely be available on the aforementioned Capitol Broadcasting Company outlets.
WRAL2 is available to viewers over the air on channel 5.2 and on Time Warner Cable digital channel 1255. The first match available for the at home fan’s viewing pleasure was the 2015 home opener when the RailHawks hosedt Ottawa Fury FC on Saturday, April 4th, at 1:00pm at WakeMed Soccer Park. This game was also available via ESPN3 and on the radio at 99.9HD-3.

Dean Linke, Voice of the RailHawks, will returned for his 9th season on the RailHawks broadcast and partnered with former RailHawk, decorated English player, and current RailHawks Elite Technique Director, Sam Stockley. Linke brings 19 years of broadcast experience to the RailHawks, having called professional and college soccer games for Fox Soccer, ESPN, the Big Ten Network, Comcast, the ACC Digital Network and Time Warner Cable. Linke also hosts a weekly college soccer show for the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
“Dean has been the Voice of the RailHawks since day one and we are proud to have him continue to serve a vital role in the broadcast booth and in the community,” said Johnson. “His work in coordination with our production team, headed by Kyle Lang, gives us one of the best broadcasts in the NASL.”
