American Tobacco Installs Tree of Bikes

American Tobacco Tree of Bikes

ATC staffers assemble the Tree of Bikes fabricated by Bull City Metal Fabrication.

On Thursday, November 19, 2015, a unique kind of Christmas tree went up at American Tobacco.  Bull City Metal Fabricators created the structure that will hold about 120 brand new bicycles.  Generous Triangle citizens are donating the bikes for Durham children in need.

ATC staffers Rodney Collier, Terry McBroom and Craig Hogan did the leg work of installing the tree.  The structure will be lighted, along with the Lucky Strike tower, on Friday, December 4th at special annual event on Friday, December 4th.
