1956 NBC

August 1, 1962 ABC
No photo.  Considering that WRAL shared ABC with WTVD until August 1, 1962, it must have been a rather anti-climactic event.

August 4, 1985 CBS
Capitol Broadcasting Company CEO Jim Goodmon signs the contract with CBS Vice President Tony Malara during a WRAL staff meeting in Studio A.

January 13, 2016 NBC
30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York City. Jimmy Goodmon, VP and General Manager of CBC New Media Group, signs the contract with Jean Dietze, President of NBC Affiliate Relations. Steve Hammel, WRAL VP and General Manager is all smiles.
