Rocky Mount Mills Joins WRAL’s Here to Help Hurricane Relief Efforts

Rocky Mount Mills Hurricane Relief

RMM’s Scott Roberts took the first turn in the Dunking Booth and a six-year-old’s first throw put him in the tank. The fun raised funds for WRAL’s Here to Help Hurricane Relief at Rocky Mount Mills.

Rocky Mount Mills along with WRAL, American Tobacco Campus and Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina participated in the Here’s to Help Hurricane Food Relief Drive. The Campus collected items and cleaning supplies for the victims of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma.

Along with collecting items, Koi Pond Brewing Company set up a dunking booth during Koichella, their fall festival, where all proceeds went to Hurricane Relief Drive.

The first to volunteer the first 30 minute of the booth was RMM General Manager Scott Roberts.  See the picture to the left (and in the slideshow below); a 6-year-old’s first throw put him in the tank!

Thanks to RMM’s Julie Baggett for this capcom story & for these capcom photos.
