The November 2019 edition of WRAL’s Out and About TV travels to sample fruitcake, Cajun dishes and an ole time cafe, as well as making a stop by a new art museum exhibit. The monthly program airs this Wednesday, November 6, at 7:30pm on WRAL-TV.
On the month’s episode viewers can visit a company who turned a family fruitcake recipe into 200,000 pounds of cake a year, at Southern Supreme Fruitcake & More. Secrets Cajun Kitchen, a piece of true Louisiana in the heart of Raleigh, shares the secrets to eating crawfish like a pro, and McLean’s Ole Time Café in Zebulon serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner just like Grandma made.
Between the eats, WRAL Out & About TV catches the latest exhibit at the NC Museum of Art featuring Mexican Modernism inspired by the art of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.
Tune in to WRAL’s Out and About on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
