Kids Eat Free Wednesday, Dollar Dog Night, Ripken the Bat Dog & Kids Run the Bases also among the fun to come
The Durham Bulls are back for their fifth homestand of 2023 with a seven-game series against the Miami Marlins’ Triple-A affiliate Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.
Join the Durham Bulls as we honor the fallen on Memorial Day (May 29), as well as doubleheader on Kids Eat Free Wednesday with an earlier start time of 5:30pm (May 31). The exciting week also includes Pride Night supported by ViiV Healthcare with Dollar Dog Night (June 1), Copa de la Diversion and Friday Night Fireworks presented by bioMerieux (June 2), followed by Saturday Night Fireworks presented by Window World (June 3), and Sunday Funday with Kids Run The Bases presented by Nature’s Twist (June 4) closing out the week.
Monday, May 29th vs Jacksonville (5:05pm)
- Memorial Day: Join us on Memorial Day for a special 5:05pm start time as we honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Wednesday, May 31st vs Jacksonville (5:30pm)
- Doubleheader: The Bulls and Jumbo Shrimp will play a doubleheader at the DBAP to make up for a rainout earlier in the season in Jacksonville. Both games will be 7 innings, with game 2 starting approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game 1. Because the game being made up was to be played in Jacksonville, Durham will play as the road team for game 2. Tickets for Wednesday’s originally scheduled game are good for both games.
- Kids Eat Free Wednesdays: Fans age 12 & under can get a voucher at Lowes Foods Guest Services good for a Sahlen’s hot dog, chips & soft drink at every Wednesday evening home game in 2023.
Thursday, June 1st vs Jacksonville (6:35pm) – presented by ViiV Healthcare
- Pride Night: Pride Night returns to the DBAP, a place where everyone is welcome!
- Dollar Dog Night: Fans can enjoy $1 Sahlen’s hot dogs at every Thursday night home game in 2023!
Friday, June 2nd vs Jacksonville (6:35pm) – presented by Alpaca Chicken
- Friday Night Fireworks: Stick around after every Friday night game for Friday Night Fireworks presented by bioMerieux!
- Copa de la Diversion: The Bulls will once again be participating in MiLB’s Copa de la Diversion initiative, playing as the Toros Bravos de Durham for the second time in 2023!
Saturday, June 3rd vs Jacksonville (6:35pm)- presented by Michael & Son
- Saturday Night Fireworks: Stick around after the game for Saturday Night Fireworks presented by Window World!
- Ripken the Bat Dog: Ripken the Bat Dog returns to the DBAP, fetching bats for the Bulls on most Saturday home games. Presented By Sit Means Sit Apex.
Sunday, June 4th vs Jacksonville (5:05pm)
- Kids Run the Bases: Kids 12 and under will be able to run the bases after Sunday home games at the DBAP thanks to Nature’s Twist!
