The votes are in and two WRAL-TV personalities are winners in Independent Weekly’s Best of the Triangle 2007.
Over 2,500 votes were cast in the online poll in the over 100 categories in the competition to determine the best places to eat, the best outdoor music venues and more. The results were published in the June 13th edition.
WRAL-TV Chief Meteorologist Greg Fishel took top honors as the Best Local Television Personality. WRAL-TV Anchor David Crabtree was a finalist in the category alongside WTVD’s Larry Stogner.

ATC Restaurants Get Top Votes
Two restaurants at American Tobacco won accolades in Indy’s Best of the Triangle 2007.
Tyler’s Taproom won for Best Draft Beer Selection and was a finalist for Best Fries. Mellow Mushroom won for best outdoor dining.
