MIX 101.5 held a special promotion on Tuesday, March 6, to giveaway tickets to the 2001 ACC Tournament in Atlanta. The Early Morning Show’s Schatzie met listeners in the parking lot of North Hills Mall between 7:00-9:00am for the “Take Your Best Shot” contest.

Atlanta. Susan Flaugher of Raleigh was the big winner; her name was drawn and announced on MIX at 9:20am.

Everyone who stopped by to see Schatzie could shoot free throws for MIX prizes and register for the ticket drawing.

Listeners braved the cold to shoot for ACC tickets.

The promotion drew a crowd at North Hills Mall.
