WRAL-TV Offers “Jesus” Mini-Series In Spanish
Raleigh, NC — Spanish-speaking viewers will be able to hear CBS programming in their native language on WRAL. On Sunday, May 14th at 9pm, WRAL-TV5 is airing the CBS mini-series “Jesus” in Spanish through a type of television technology that provides an additional audio channel to broadcast in a second language.
The Second Audio Program, or SAP, allows viewers to access the Spanish version by pushing the SAP button on their TV remotes or sets. Some viewers, however, must push the “menu” button on their remotes and then select the choice that allows SAP viewing. Viewers should consult their TV manuals for further instructions on SAP.
The mini-series “Jesus” chronicles the life and teachings of Jesus Christ from his birth to his crucifixion over 2000 years ago. “Jesus” stars Jeremy Sisto as Jesus Christ, and Jacqueline Bisset as Mary, mother of Jesus. Part 2 of “Jesus” will air Wednesday, May 17th at 9pm on WRAL.
