CBS 10 WILM announced on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, that it has struck a deal with MeTV for the Wilmington Affiliation for its secondary station. MeTV will be broadcast on channel 10.2 for free over-the-air viewers, cable channel assignments will be announced at a later date. WILM-TV General Manager Constance H. Knox says that the MeTV Wilmington Channel should be up and running on or about December 1st, 2013.
MeTV is known for its great retro sitcoms and former primetime hit shows such as I Love Lucy, M*A*S*H, Batman, Leave it to Beaver, Mission Impossible, Gilligan’s Island, The Beverly Hillbillies, Bonanza, The Bob Newhart Show, The Brady Bunch, Cannon, Car 54 Where Are You?, Rhoda, Star Trek, The Twilight Zone, Dobie Gillis, Dragnet, Emergency, Get Smart, Gunsmoke, the original Hawaii Five-O, Hogan’s Heroes, The Honeymooners, Ironsides and many more.
