Another CBC staffer had a connection to the NC 4-H Congress. WRAL-TV Anchor/Reporter Debra Morgan attended the Congress on Saturday, June 22, to present awards in the Cecil and Leonard Category that CBC & WRAL sponsor. Long-time WRAL Farm Reporter and CBC legend the late Ray Wilkinson was widely known for his Cecil and Leonard jokes, and the award is named in his memory.
Check out the capcom story about the 1st place winner of the Cecil and Leonard award, who will perform on the WRAL Noon News on Tuesday, July 30th.
