Get ready for the first ever FOX 50 THE X FACTOR AUDITION PASS CONTEST giving 3 local singers and/or vocal groups the chance of a lifetime – a guaranteed audition with the producers of
Simon Cowell’s new show THE X FACTOR, premiering this September on FOX 50.
THE X FACTOR is Simon Cowell’s brand new singing competition unlike any on television including no upper age limit, different singing categories competing against each other and the biggest grand prize in television history – audition with the producers of THE X FACTOR scheduled for May 26 in Dallas, Texas. Prize also includes airfare and hotel accommodations.
Individual singers and vocal groups must be at least 12 years old as of March 1, 2011, and a legal, permanent resident of one of the following NC counties: Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash, Orange, Person, Sampson, Vance, Wake, Warren, Wayne or Wilson.
To audition, local singers and vocal groups must meet all eligibility requirements and download the official rules & local registration form which can only be found at www.FOX50.com. These forms must be completely filled out at the time of registration, come prepared because staff will not have additional forms on-site. No age limit, 12 years and older and will include solo singers and vocal groups.
FOX 50 THE X FACTOR AUDITION PASS CONTEST will be at Cary Towne Center on Saturday, April 30, 2011. Registration starts at 9:00am between Talbots and Dillard’s on the Walnut Street side of the mall. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Harris Teeter. Hopefuls may begin lining up at 6:00am (no camping out allowed).
