Diamond View is located adjacent to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, where the new Triple-A Durham Bulls will begin play this spring. In fact, Diamond View tenants will be able to watch the Triple-A Bulls from the balconies overlooking the ballpark.
Diamond View is a four-story, 90,000 square foot, Class-A office building w ith architecture that mirrors the award-winning style of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. It offers state-of-the-art conveniences, including the latest in telecommunications capabilities. Centrally located and immediately adjacent to the Durham Freeway, Diamond View is just an eight minute drive to Research Triangle Park and to Duke University.
The ground breaking was held on August 11, 1997 before a large group of Durham community leaders. Diamond View is expected to be ready for occupancy in June, 1998. The tenants of the building include Duke University Medical Center and Glaxo Wellcome.
