For the third time this year, Capitol Broadcasting Company held a spring contest among its employees.  Capture the best shot of the WRAL Gardens.  As the Gardens exploded with color, CBC’ers took to the winding paths and submitted breathtaking photos.  From our seasoned news photographers to amateurs with their iphones, every picture was award-worthy.  A panel of judges had a hard time choosing the best, announced in early May 2016, but here they are:
